An old layout that I made avalable for free and made for personal use, inspired by the Japanese movie Hotarubi no Mori-e. Could be worse, I suppose, despite the bad color choice and not being responsive.
That said, one of the purposes of this blog is to show how my skills evolved, so I'm not shying away of displaying how I started. But looking at this, I also realize that, while my skills evolved, my creativity... not so much. Especially now that minimalism is so valued, I feel like there is less freedom for people to mess around. If some of the ideas I had for this layout were more polished or better executed, the result might have been better. That's one of the reasons why I applaud people who are still going strong with old blogs and continue creating "old-school" templates for their personal corner of the web.
