An old layout very similar to the Eru Chitanda template that I made for personal use, and is still in use in my "Reunion will Come" blog - a blog created with the purpose of bringing portuguese fans content around the No.6 fandom: news, translations, analysis, theories, art and free assets... No.6 is a series of novels, an anime and a manga. The layout has several details that I would have avoided now, and is not responsive.
That said, one of the purposes of this blog is to show how my skills evolved, so I'm not shying away of displaying how I started. But looking at this, I also realize that, while my skills evolved, my creativity... not so much. Especially now that minimalism is so valued, I feel like there is less freedom for people to mess around. If some of the ideas I had for this layout were more polished or better executed, the result might have been better. That's one of the reasons why I applaud people who are still going strong with old blogs and continue creating "old-school" templates for their personal corner of the web.
